SUBMISSION OF COMPLAINTS


In order to make a complaint, follow the steps below:

 

1. COMPLAINT FORM


Prepare a complaint form and send it to us by email: info@salonlines.co

The document should contain the following data:

First name and last name

E-mail address

Correspondence address

Phone number

Indication of the receipt / invoice number

Cause of complaint

date of purchase

 

2. PRODUCT RETURN


When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the receipt / purchase invoice, as well as the completed complaint form.

The product under complaint should be sent with the transportation arranged by the seller.

Under applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods (if you are a consumer). To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, prepare an appropriate statement and send it to our e-mail address: info@salonlines.co

 

2. PRODUCT RETURN


When making a return, send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the receipt / purchase invoice, as well as the completed return form.

The returned product should be sent to the seller via transportation arranged by the seller. The client bears the direct costs of returning the Product. The transport cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
